Valentine's Day!

Savanna had a Valentines Party @ School. 

We made her Valentine "box" out of a paint can.

  It was definitely different.  She loved it. :)

We made cute little bags w/ candy kisses and a tube of bubbles

 that said...Blow me a kiss!

I got this idea off of Pinterest. I'm so addicted!!!

Our family tradition is to be together, at home on Valentine's evening.

I foof the table up and dip some strawberries

 and make Lasagna for dinner.

I kinda cheated on my Valentine's Day Cards...

and I recommend this to you all because it was so easy....

  and a Big Hit.  I took pictures of old pictures.

Yes, you heard me right.

I took pictures of old pictures because I was to busy to go to

 Walmart and scan them.  Luckily it gave my project an

 old grainy look that I really liked.

Then I used my photo editing program to add wording to the card. 

A bow here, a dodad there, and walla...Done. 

This is Mason looking really scared.

Maybe he wasn't scared, he was just tired of me taken photos. HE!HE!

Hes almost 16 now, so looking back on when he was little is O so sweet.

 This is my favorite picture of Karleigh when she was little

cuz its so darn cute.  So innocent.

  All she knew was, there was something in her nose

 and she had to get it out. HE!HE!

 years ago when we first started dating.

Our Valentine's Day was beautiful,

and I am so greatful for the "Loves of my life"...My Family!

I almost forgot...

I have been so preoccupied with "tellin' my business"
that I almost forgot.... this blog is about card making....lol

Things I Love!!!

It's raining out side. I'm all cozy, sittin' here in my jammies, thinking......
I'm in love!!! It's so good to be me. 
Do you ever get that warm fuzzy?  Well I got it today.

There is my hubby of 18 1/2 years (Warren). 
I've got my babies (Mason,Karleigh,Savanna).

And my Family. (The Janaks,Supaks,&Masons)

O...and of course my B.F.F.'S (u know who U R) lol
But what I'm thinking about is all those "things" that put a big fat smile on my face!!!

I love when my kids play the piano.

  Sure wish I could play, but for now I will hang on their every note!

Hershey has been with us for a long long long time.

9 years to be exact. 

Hes a gentle giant...though some would call him a scaredy cat.

Well......I wasn't making cards in January.

  I wasn't scrapbookin'.
  and, I wasn't bloggin'. 
So what was I doin' you ask?

CELEBRATING!!! 

 Karleigh is a teenager!!!

My first daughter just turned thirteen on January 26th!

  She wanted her room decorated for her Birthday, so that's what we did.

  And yes...It took the entire month to get it done. lol

Her colors are Orange & Hot Pink!!! 

o..and zebra.

BOLD!! I Love it.

Picking the colors were the hardest part.
  She wanted just the right HOT PINK.

 Her dad (Warren) made her a shelf to hold all her nick-nacks & chachkeys.

 Its finished.....and she loves it!!

 Happy Birthday Karkeys!!! (that's her nick name) lol
