OMG!!! Have I got a cute idea for Halloween!!  OK so here is the story....
"The family" and I were having our decision on what we should dress up as for Halloween.
This is the way it typically goes....
* I always wanna have everyone dress in theme so we look cute together in our group photo.  ;)
*  The girls wanna be something cute or glamorous.
*  Mason wants to show off how skinny and manly he is. lol  I know this sounds strange but he dropped 45 pounds and he wants everyone to notice. lol  He will kill me for typing this.
*  Warren is all about the money so he wants cheap costumes.
Lots of ideas were tossed around like being a family of Gnomes. or Amish.
Well beings that we are a family of crazy cat lovers.....I suggested my hubby be the crazy cat lady and we all dress as cats.  They all went for it.

Every crazy cat lady needs a bag full of things for her feline friends...So that's were I started.  All the items were hot glued into the bag so they stay in place.  I made a big ball of yarn. I sewed a cute little mouse from an old pillow case I had that was white.  I painted the material gray after I sewed it together.   I'm not a seamstress so I'm loving that the little guy turned out so darn cute.  But my favorite is the Tootsie rolls dipped in cat littler and hot glued on the cat scoop.
Yuck!!!! But so funny. :)
I'm lovin' this idea and will post more as it comes together.

Back in 2005 a friend of mine invited me to a "party".  My first thought was...O No, not another party!!  I have all the bowls, kitchen chachkies, jewelry, bags and home decor I could possible ever need.(did you notice I didn't say make up?)  lol You can never have to much make up.
Anyway,  I went to the party, because that's what friends do.  It was a Stampin' Up party.  And to my surprise.....It was a fabulous party.  The perfect party for me.  There were stamps, and ink pads, and dodads, and markers, and buttons, and ribbons, and such.  HEAVEN!!!!!  And this is where I meet one of the sweetest, most sincere, most creative, most business savy women ever. Her name is Penny.  Since 2005 I have bought lots of stuff from Penny.  Sold lots of stuff with Penny.  I have stamped lots of stuff with Penny.  I have shared lots of laughter with Penny.  And cryed lots of tears with Penny.  But most importantly I have been blessed to have built a special friendship with Penny that I know will last a life time.  I love that Gal.

Penny created this beautiful Halloween Sampler at her Halloween Stamp Camp.  Just georgious!!

OK, so.....I know I have told this story before, but here it goes again...
About 10 years ago my sister-in-law gave me a snowman light bulb ornament.
I absolutely loved it and thought ...this is the most clever idea Ever.  I must come up with more ideas for  light bulb ornaments. (Just between you and me, I think I have a serious light bulb fetish.)  The next year my husband and I came up with the idea to make a reindeer.  Now I know there were other reindeer light bulb ornaments out there, but in my mind we came up with the very first one. lol  From that point on it became tradition to come up with a new ornament idea each Christmas.  So far we have made snowmen, reindeer, penguins, Santa, nutcrackers, candy corn, frogs, Grinch, a football fan, a nurse, smiley Face, M&M's, an angel, and Micky & Minnie Mouse.  I am tooting my own horn by saying we are ridiculously clever and creative with light bulbs. lol :)  Well my hubby didn't let me down this year, for sure.....   He came up with two crazy cute ornaments to add to our collection.  Wanna see??????

Told Ya!!!!! Aren't they the cutest???
We sale our ornaments for 7$ a piece.
If you would like to see all of our ornaments, go back to my January 4th 2012 post. :)

I saw this sunny little bucket on Pinterest and loved it.
A dear friend of mine lost her Mother to cancer and needs lots of sunshine right now.
I decided to make her a bucket and it definitely put a smile on her face. :)

My daughter and I went to the dollar store and had a blast gathering up everything Yellow.
We laughed at all the goofy things you could put in your bucket.
However, we decided on.......
Gum, lemon heads, fingernail polish, rubber ducks, a calculator, flashlight, wind up chatter teeth, body spray, and my favorite........ Socks.

I  recommend putting a basket together for your friend in need of a little sunshine!!!
I am not sure what was more fun...
Getting or giving?
Natasha we love you and are praying for you in this tough time.
